ICT Site Services Analyst Required for our site in Shillelagh. We are recruiting a full time permanent role in our ICT Department based in Kerry Foods, Shillelagh. Apply now and don't miss out! With circa 200 PCs on site and nearly 1,000 people there is never a dull moment! If you enjoy a fast paced environment and have an interest and experience some IT functionality - get in touch. Provide hardware and software support, either remotely or at local level to all Desktop, Laptop PC's, and printers. Apply appropriate fixes or escalate to management for further advice. Update all User queries through incident logging system with regard to call progression and complete all incidents and tasks in a timely manner based on Service Level Agreements. Document and submit new solutions into ICT knowledgebase. Responsible for delivery and installation of new ICT hardware and software in line with current processes and procedures. Ensure Site documentation is accurate, timely and relevant. Provide a helpful and professional service at all times. Responsible for ensuring the ICT standards and Policies are maintained and implemented at Site level. Responsible for maintenance and support for Site Infrastructure. Ensure all Desktop and laptops PC's are patched to the highest available level and all have the latest Anti-Virus Updates installed. Ability to support users from all levels, able to support users remotely. If required ,interface with development teams to help with the rollout of new applications. Hardware - Windows Desktop and Laptop PC's, Printers, Mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, Android, WIN phones and some WIN tablets. Communications - LAN support, cabling structures, Telephony support (where relevant), Remote access mobility hardware solutions (e.g. iPhone, 3G cards etc.). Operating Systems - Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. Software - Anti-virus, Office 365, Asset Management- to include asset details, license recording, remote desktop, patch management, Encryption. Active Directory - Good understanding of AD, user account, groups and permissions. Education. An IT qualification - preferably National Diploma level and a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical. An in depth understanding of Desktop Operating Systems, Windows XP/ Windows 7/ Windows 8, Windows 10. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Office365. Good troubleshooting skills. Be able to diagnose and if necessary, repair PC, Laptop and printer faults. Experience of working in a large scale manufacturing environment is advantageous. Experience of Production printing systems such as Zebra, Datamax and Intermec printers, as well as Print and Apply machinery. Knowledge of Microsoft System Centre Configuration manager (SCCM). Antivirus (McAfee) and Encryption (DDPE) knowledge is advantageous.
