Description

HR Assistant – Wicklow – 6 month contract. Working as a member of the HR team assisting in the provision of administrative support services on a flexible and responsive basis. This six month contract is a great opportunity to gain frontline HR experience within a leading global business. Duties and responsibilities will include: • Assist the HR team to recruitment and selection of new hires. • Coordinate the employee onboarding programme. • Co-ordinate employee training activities on site. • Provide administrative support to the team including generating periodic reports, headcount tracking etc. • Maintenance and management of employee files within the department. • Assist the HR team in the delivery and rollout of HR initiatives onsite. • Involvement in adhoc projects and process improvement initiatives to promote best HR practice. Training and skills required for this position will include. • Human Resources, CIPD or related qualification. • Competent in the use of IT Systems with experience of using various software packages in particular Excel. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. • Ability to organise workload within structured timelines. • Ability to work within a team environment.
