Experienced Deputy General Manager required for 4* Resort Hotel in Co Wicklow, this is a busy property and requires Deputy General Manager with 3/4 years previous experience in a similar role, ideally in another 4* Resort property. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the entire property including Food and Beverage, Events and Rooms Division which includes all financial aspects of running the property, margins, budgets, Payroll, energy, Food and beverage costs etc. Front office, Revenue and Sales, all HOD`s report to you, so strong all rounder required, ideally a candidate with definite GM aspirations for their next role. Leisure Resort, Golf, Refurbushment, Cap Ex experience will all benefit.
