As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be tasked with undertaking a range of activities to support our client’s manufacturing operations in Bray. Specifically, you will be involved in technical engineering, capital projects, maintenance support, safety, continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities. You’ll lead the technical analysis of operational issues, work closely with Technicians regarding the root cause of issues and gather data to inform engineering and maintenance decision making. Working to evaluate new manufacturing equipment requirements, you will generate user requirement specifications, work with the purchasing department and manage the installation and commissioning of equipment. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to Maintenance Technicians, ensure all work complies with safety requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. So, is this the role for you? If so, you will need: - At least five years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering role. - Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulations. - A degree (or equivalent) in engineering. Analytical and technically-minded, as a Manufacturing Engineer, you will also need strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities and a close attention to detail.
