As a Quality Engineer, you’ll provide guidance on all aspects of quality and quality engineering for a portfolio of products within a cross-functional team. Reporting to the Quality Engineering and Product Release Manager, your duties will include: - Strive to maximise customer satisfaction and reduce the volume of scrap materials. - Support the Operations Department throughout the product lifecycle and process. - Manage process deviations, non conformances, CAPA, design changes, complaints or change requests for your product group. - Perform lead validation activities. - Conduct process and GMP audits. - Work alongside the Regulatory Department to ensure product supply is maintained and all quality elements are met. - Champion QA and continuous improvement initiatives. To be considered, you’ll need: - At least six years’ experience as a quality engineer in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries. - A degree (or equivalent) in a science, engineering or business discipline. Analytical and logical, as a Quality Engineer, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also need strong problem-solving abilities, a great eye for detail and a team player mentality.
