We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in our restaurant. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences. You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative. Duties: Carry out the job functions with integrity, knowledge and efficiency. Maintain a calm demeanour in this fast paced environment whilst working cohesively with your team and creating a positive, fun and efficient environment. Anticipate customer needs by constantly evaluating your environment and customers for cues. Maintain a clean and organised workplace so that team members can operate safely and customers are provided with a safe environment. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines. Person profile: You need to be an experienced Barista with 1/2 years experience in order to apply for this position, due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent oral and written English. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations desirable. A keen interest in progressing your career within the Hospitality industry. Bubbly, positive personality. The successful person needs to be fully flexible to work up to 39 hours a week and you must also be able to work shift patterns as there will be some early starts involved.
