The Role. Reporting to the General Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the unit. Along with carrying out unrivaled customer service and team building. Responsibilities include: Managing a large team. Day to day general running of the large premises. Assisting in Store Management and achieving company KPI's. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service. Overnight and Shift Duty work is required in this role. Requirements: 2 years experience working in retail management. Excellent HR expericence. Excellent IT Systems experience and knowledge. Experience managing and developing staff.
