Hartley People are looking to recruit a marketing and communications manager for a FMCG company based in Wexford.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Create and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to deliver company objectives.
• Responsible for creative development, management and analysis of all digital media.
• Manage all internal and external communications for the group.
• Develop and implement brand strategy ensuring consistency and clarity of message across all elements of the brand plan.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of market trends, target market, the trade and competitor activities.
• Manage the budget of the Marketing function and present regular reports on expenditure.

The ideal candidate will need:

• A minimum of 3 years marketing and communication experience in FMCG.
• Must have strong commercial experience in an FMCG.
• Proven strong track record in strategy, brand and category management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in cross functional teams and across different markets.
• Flexiblity to travel when required.
