QC Analyst and Reviewer - Wicklow. Our multinational Life Science client is looking for the ideal candidate to carry out normal QC testing as needs arise. The QC Reviewer will be expected to review and approve data, monographs, operating procedures, instrument checks/calibrations. Responsibilities: Maintaining Stability study program. Testing stability samples according to stability schedule. Testing products in time for shipping to the customer. Reviewing and approving raw data and testing as required. Having all Analytical Test monographs in compliance with latest pharmacopoeia requirements and customer specific needs. Review and approve monographs and operating procedures. Review and approve lab employee training. Preparation, review and approval of stability calendars, tables and reports. Assists with instrument qualification documents and data review. Review of instrument daily and monthly checks. Review and approval of controlled documents, notebooks and records. Covering QC analysts as the need arises. Troubleshooting analytical issues. Assisting QC technicians and Management with issues. Participating positively in team activities. Maintaining complete and accurate records. Effective and efficient use of laboratory equipment. Investigating OOS, OOT and Deviations. Requirements: Third Level Degree –Science / Chemistry. Experience in a wide range of analytical techniques, particularly HPLC and GC. 5 years’ experience in a QC role in an FDA/IMB regulated environment preferred. Understanding of cGMP environment and regulations. Chemstation/Chemstore experience is desirable. This job originally appeared on RecruitIreland.com.
