Job Title Reception Manager 4* Hotel Dublin
Description

Experienced Reception Manager required for busy 4* Group Hotel in Dublin, this is a large busy property with extensive facilities and caters for Corporate, Conference and Leisure markets. You will work closely with Revenue Manager and Reservations team and will be fully responsible for the Front Desk agents, procedures and daily shift operations.

The successful candidate must have:

  • 3 years experience as a Reception Manager in a 4* property;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication & organisational skills are of particular importance;
  • Be able to demonstrate business/ industry awareness;
  • Be customer focused;
  • Have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment;
  • Be adaptable and capable of working under pressure;
  • Excellent people management skills;
  • Previous experience using Infor or a similiar PMS
