On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for an Engineering Manager. In this role you will lead the Engineering Team and you will be responsible for the following areas: Technical Engineering. Capital Projects. Maintenance Management. Safety and Training. Continuous Improvement. Regulatory Compliance. Applications are invited from candidates with the following background and experience: Strong technical and analytical skills, as expected of an Engineering Manager. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent People Management and Interpersonal skills. Respectful motivation of direct reports. Business Acumen ability to balance technical and compliance challenges with the business needs. Attention to detail ability to drill down into detail on critical issues when required. Strategic perspective ability to adopt long term view to align the Engineering departments contribution to the objectives of the business, and to plan a roadmap to achieve those objectives.
