Applicant Requirements: Dental / Business / Administrative or other relevant qualification. At least 6 months experience in a similar role. Excellent IT skills. Ability to lead a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Eligible to live and work in Ireland. Duties: Lead a high performing practice team; Dealing with income targets, and ensuring these are achieved by the practice. Monitor KPIs. Company Marketing. Recruitment and retention of staff. Head team meetings. Conflict management. Staff training. Rostering. Dealing with Patients on a day to day basis. Maintain good relationships with third parties.
